<p>A foreskin restraining device 10 comprising a tubular sleeve 18, said sleeve being adapted to be located over the penis of the wearer to gather the foreskin at the base of the penis. Preferably the sleeve includes an enlarged region 12 having a greater diameter than the remainder of the sleeve, wherein, in use, the foreskin of the penis is retained within said enlarged region. The device may have a narrowed collar 14, beaded ring 16 or ribbed portion to gather the foreskin as it is pulled over the penis. In one embodiment the sleeve may be open at both ends. In an alternative embodiment the sleeve may be open at one end and closed at a second, opposite end, such that the device can also serve as a condom/prophylactic device.</p> |
