According to the present invention, a cargo tank structure comprises: a tank accommodating space formed inside a ship; a cargo tank provided inside the tank accommodating space; a protective wall provided in an outer side of the cargo tank to surround the cargo tank; a plurality of support blocks distributed and arranged between the cargo tank and the protective wall; a plurality of support stools distributed and arranged between the protective wall and an inner wall of the tank accommodating space; and a powder insulating material filled between the cargo tank and an inner wall of the tank accommodating space.
