The present invention relates to a soil purification system and method using overheated steam, which make oxygen-free high temperature steam cause pollutants of the soil to perform a reduction reaction using the low pressure and ultra-high temperature overheated steam, and dissolve organic materials or desorb the organic materials into gaseous materials or transform the organic materials in a gas phase, and in the case that a volatile material or a pseudo-volatile material is contained, cause thermal desorption for rapidly separating the pollutants from the soil. The present invention relates to a soil purification system and a soil purification method using a thermal treatment technology of overheated steam, which provides a structure of selectively using an auger rod injection device and a vibratory plowing porous pipe injection device according to the kind of attachment for injecting the overheated steam in order to enhance a treatment efficiency and a treatment amount according to concentration of polluted soil, so it increases the kind of pollutants to be treated, widens a concentration applying range, enhances a pollutant separation efficiency in the soil using the steam, and reduces an amount of an exhaust gas after reaction with the overheated steam. |
