TILTABLE TRANSFER APPARATUS USING BALL ARRAY

The present invention relates to a tiltable ball array transfer device and, more specifically, relates to a ball array transfer device capable of controlling both a tilting and transferring of a transfer object by placing a ball array transfer module to stably transfer an object on a platform, tilted as an outer part is moved up and down around a center, in various directions. To achieve this purpose, the present invention comprises: a platform installed to be tilted; at least one ball array transfer module installed in an upper part of the platform; a rotation support unit supporting the platform; and at least one inclination control unit controlling an inclination angle of the platform. The ball array transfer module includes a ball array having a matrix structure wherein a plurality of first ball rollers rotating only in a first direction and a plurality of second ball rollers rotating only in a second direction are combined, and separately arranged; a first operating unit applying a rotational force to the first ball rollers rotating in the first direction; and a second operating unit applying the rotational force to the second ball rollers rotating in the second direction. The first operating unit includes a plurality of first operating shafts placed in an orthogonal direction to the first direction to deliver the rotational force in the first direction to rotate the ball rollers in a row unit. The second operating unit includes a plurality of second operating shafts placed in an orthogonal direction to the second direction to deliver the rotational force in the second direction to rotate the ball rollers in a column unit.
