The present invention relates to a device for cooling and agitating gas injection type insert molten metal which is configured to quickly cool and agitate molten metal before injecting molten metal into the sprue of a die casting mold, minimize oxidation of the free surface of a molten metal by inhibiting the molten metal from coming into contact with the air, and cool an injection pipe to be inserted into the molten metal for cooling and agitating the molten metal. The device comprises: an injection pipe which is inserted into molten metal and functions as a nozzle; a gas injection nozzle for cooling the injection pipe for preventing overheating of the injection pipe; a gas injection nozzle for preventing oxidation of the molten metal which inhibits contact with the air by injecting an inert gas around the surface of the molten metal to minimize oxidation phenomenon due to contact with the air occurring on the free surface of the molten metal exposed to the air; a gas injection nozzle for cooling the injection pipe; an injection pipe assembly which supports the gas injection nozzle for preventing oxidation of the molten metal and is composed of an injection pipe assembly bracket, the top part of which is connected to an operating part of a rotary oscillating movement; a rotary oscillating movement operating part which is connected to an upper part of the injection pipe assembly; an up down movement operating part which is connected to an upper part of the rotary oscillating movement operating part; and a guide rod which is connected to a connecting bracket for supporting the up and down movement of the operating part and which is disposed to the connecting bracket and the bottom part of which is vertically connected to the rotary oscillating movement operating part. |
