The present invention relates to a method and system for managing each process step and supporting decision making in a plant construction business using a mobile device. According to the present invention, the system for managing each process step and supporting decision making in a plant construction business using a mobile device includes: a project selecting unit for transmitting necessary data from a project DB of a plant construction integrated management server to a terminal; a log managing unit for receiving a result when a matching state is verified when a user tries to log in, and transmitting user data to determine access right form a user DB of the server to the terminal when the received result is in the matching state; a right classifying unit for receiving the result when the access right is determined, and transmitting necessary data from a process DB to the terminal when the access right is approved by the result; a process selecting unit for transmitting necessary data from a gate DB of the server to the terminal when the user selects a process step; an evaluation result processing unit for saving an evaluation or verification result to an evaluation DB of the server once the user saves a evaluation item by a gate in charge of the user in the selected process step after evaluating or verifying; and a decision making supporting unit for transmitting necessary data from the evaluation result DB to the terminal when the user calculates the evaluation result to a numerical number or making data supporting decision making utilizing the result.
