The present invention relates to a transparent touch panel film, a manufacturing method thereof, and a touch panel using the same. The transparent touch panel film includes: a substrate; a transparent conductive layer prepared on at least one surface of the substrate; and a CAT(Cu-Al-Ti) layer which is mounted on the transparent conductive layer and is a three component-based alloy composed of 0.1 to 10.0 wt% of aluminum (AI), 0.1 to 10.0 wt% of titanium (Ti), and the rest wt% of copper (Cu).
