The present invention relates to a Bacillus sp. hong1001 strain (KFCC11577P) making selective anti-fungus action against plant pathogenic fungus, a Pseudomonas sp. hong1002 strain (KFCC11578P) having photosynthesis and a nitrogen fixation function, a Streptomycetes sp. hong1003 strain (KFCC11579P) dissolving organic matter of soil and producing antibacterial substances, a Trichoderma sp. hong1004 strain (KFCC11580P) producing a cellulolytic enzyme and a pectolytic enzyme, and a mixed microorganism agent including the strains as a bacterium, a fungus and an actinomyces.
