The present invention relates to a dye self-absorption type photocatalyst film, absorbing a graphene oxide and a dye, and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a dye self-absorption type photocatalyst nanoparticle film manufactured by wrapping the graphene oxide around a photocatalyst nanoparticle surface, performing a hydrothermal reaction for the photocatalyst nanoparticle around which the graphene oxide is wrapped and absorbing the dye and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing the dye self-absorption type photocatalyst nanoparticle according to the present invention may wrap the graphene around the photocatalyst nanoparticle to easily absorb the dye and may be easily performed with a simple method of drastically reducing dye leaching, and the manufactured dye self-absorption type photocatalyst nanoparticle film may be efficiently used as a main component of an oxygen detector wherein the detection of the oxygen using the same may be valuably used in various fields such as environment, medicine, and food applications.
