Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for controlling physical channel transceiving in a time division duplexing (TDD) communications system. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: determining whether a transmission time of HARQ ACK/NAC in a component carrier (#1) and a transmission time of a different signal in a component carrier (#2) combined to the component carrier (#1), are overlapped or not; and preferentially transmitting or receiving an HARQ ACK/NACK signal when the transmission time is overlapped. Accordingly, a transceiving error or the transmission delay of data or a control channel can be prevented.
