MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE PREVENTION OF THE REMAINING CONTENTS OF THE VESSEL

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a container capable of preventing content from remaining by entirely extracting the content. The container has a dual structure having an inner film layer and an outer layer by using two kinds of resins having an excellent mutual separability. The inner film layer is made of materials having appropriate bending elasticity and coupled to a part of the outer layer using an adhesive in case of blow molding, thereby preventing a film from nonuniform contraction in case of injecting compressed air to extract the content. A lower part of the container has an interlocking unit holding the film of the inner film layer to prevent a hole of the lower part from being generated due to the separation of a parting line, and air hole blocking due to pressing the inner film layer is prevented by adjusting a diameter and a length of a blow pin used in case of molding a container. As a structure wherein only an outer layer of a container mouth portion is punched, in case of compressing using an airless compressor, air enters between the inner layer and the outer layer through the hole, and so compresses the inner film layer, thereby entirely extracting the content from the inner layer. The present invention is useful for solving the existing problem.
