摘要 <p>The present invention coats aluminum of at least 2N with a cold spray on a surface of an outer case (110) manufactured by die-casting using an aluminum alloy or a magnesium alloy which are lightweight alloy for casting to form an aluminum layer (120). The present invention provides a method to realize a preferred color by forming an oxidation layer (130) on the aluminum layer (120) with anodic oxidation coating treatment to prevent a turbid color from being displayed on a surface of an outer material. Moreover, the present invention prevents separation of the coated layer. The present invention forms the colored layer (140) and the resin coating layer (150) showing the preferred color to an upper portion of the oxidation layer to improve a quality of color and durability, and the surface of a component manufactured by die-casting with improved economic efficiency and productivity is coated with the cold spray to provide an economical outer material.</p>
