The present invention relates to an all-silica DDR zeolite manufactured by non-seeded growth and seeded growth and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an all-silica DDR zeolite manufactured by non-seeded growth, an all-silica DDR zeolite manufactured by seeded growth from the all-silica DDR zeolite acquired by the non-seeded growth, and a manufacturing method thereof, which can provide the all-silica DDR a zeolite having excellent CO_2/N_2 separation performance, specially very excellent separation performance even in an environment where water exists because of having about 14-18 of ideal absorption selectivity and about 7-9 of ideal transmittance selectivity; synthesize the all-silica DDR, which is irregular but usable as seeds, by the non-seeded growth; additionally adjust a size of the all-silica DDR zeolite particle by adjusting an amount of seed crystals as well manufacture the all-silica DDR zeolite composed of a particle like diamond of a regular size irrespective of a shape and a size of the seed crystals; provide a reliable method for manufacturing the all-silica DDR zeolite by the seeded growth irrespective of the kind of the seed crystal; and manufacture the all-silica DDR zeolite particle with a hydrophobic property to be structurally perfect. |
