A heating apparatus for a fuel storage tank is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heating apparatus for a fuel storage tank comprises: a storage unit storing a fuel; an engine receiving the fuel from the storage unit to provide a rotational force; a thermoelectric power generation unit generating power using heat generated in the engine; and a heating unit installed in the storage unit and receiving the power of the thermoelectric power generation unit to increase temperature of the fuel.
