<p>A building formed from one or more prefabricated steel framed modular blocks, where one or more of the blocks may be joined together to form a larger structure. . Preferably the modules are pre-fitted with roof coverings, doors, windows, wall and floor coverings, electrical and data cables, plumping and decorated prior to the modules onsite installation. The framework for the modules is formed from steel I-beams to form a skeletal block frame upon which the walls, floor and ceiling are attached. The modules may be joined together side by side, and/or stacked on top of each other up to three high, and joined together by bolts through the main frame. The modules can form structures of various configurations and sizes, where the roofs of the modular blocks may form a balcony area for other modules, and external staircases may be use d to provide access to stacked modules.</p> |
