The present invention provides an electronic contactor which includes a case which is used in common when a counter connector connected to an external power source is connected to a tap terminal connected to the electronic coil of an electromagnet unit, and when a counter wire connected to the external power source is connected to a tap terminal having a female screw connected to an electronic coil. The electronic contactor (1) comprises an electronic contactor body (10) which has a contact unit part (20) having a contact unit (21), and an lectromagnet unit part (30) which has an electromagnet unit (31) for driving the contact unit (21) in a case (60). The case (60) comprises: a connector housing (80) which interlocks with a counter connector (C) used when the counter connector (C) is connected to a tap terminal (33) connected to the electronic coil (32) of the electromagnet unit (31); and a housing installing part (70) which can be installed to both sides of a terminal housing (91) used for connecting a counter wire (W) connected to the external power source to a female screw connected to the electronic coil (32).
