The backside (103) of said fabric layer is provided with at least one self-supporting recess (104), and said fabric layer (102) is arranged such that said at least one recess (104) is located in front of said at least one light emitting electro-optical device (101). A gap (108) separates said at least one light emitting electro-optical device (101) from the fabric material within said at least recess (104).
