The present invention relates to a control system between a floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) having functions for storing and regasifying a liquefied natural gas and a jetty. The control system comprises: an automatic jetty control device controlling equipment installed in the jetty and monitoring an operation state of the jetty; an automatic FSRU control device controlling the equipment installed in the FSRU and monitoring the operation state of the FSRU; and a control cable connecting the automatic jetty control device and the automatic FSRU control device.
