The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sensor for a touch screen panel and a sensor for a touch screen panel. The method for manufacturing a sensor includes the following steps: forming an anti-reflection layer having a reflectance lower than or equal to a preset reflectance on one surface of a transparent base material; and forming a circuit electrode for touch sensing including the anti-reflection layer on the surface of the transparent base material, thereby improving visibility of the touch screen panel and adhesion of the electrode by forming the circuit electrode for touch sensing including the anti-reflection layer and a circuit electrode layer on one surface of the transparent base material.
