摘要 The present invention relates to a device and a method for a fail-safe device of an engine clutch actuator in a hybrid vehicle which is configured to achieve synchronization between an engine and an engine clutch through control of preliminarily driving the engine when converting from EV mode to HEV mode at a failure of an actuator for dry type engine clutch. That is, the present invention has a purpose to provide the device and the method for a fail-safe device of an engine clutch actuator in a hybrid vehicle which is configured to transmit diagnostic signals which diagnosed an EV mode fail state in accordance with the failure of an engine clutch actuator using a pressure sensor mounted to an actuator master cylinder of an actuator for engine clutch when converting from EV mode to HEV mode and easily supply hydraulic oil within the actuator master cylinder to a concentric slave cylinder (17) using an additional emergency actuator, thereby easily achieving the conversion into an HEV mode even during a failure of the engine clutch actuator, and incorporating a synchronization with the engine clutch by preliminarily driving an engine in a high level controller which received diagnostic signals.
