The present invention relates to a device which shares information about a smart key for a vehicle with at least one external device, including: a communications unit which receives information about at least one function, performed by the smart key, from the smart key; and a control unit which sets a use restriction condition with respect to the function of the smart key. The communications unit transmits the function information including the use restriction condition to the external device.
