The present invention relates to an organic electronic element comprising an electron injection layer, an electron transport layer, a light-emitting layer, a hole transport layer and a hole injection layer between a first electrode and a second electrode and, more specifically, to an organic electronic element and a display device including the same, wherein the light-emitting layer is composed of a material including silicon oxycarbide represented by a common formula Si_xO_yC_z, thereby allowing the organic electronic element to have an excellent moisture-resistant property and perform light emission in various wavelengths. |
