摘要 Disclosed is a system for reducing heating and cooling energy loss which is a local heating system using a boiler and a cooler, and minimizes energy loss by controlling flow rate and flow velocity entering a flow path upon result after measuring flow velocity, pressure, and flow velocity pulse speed entering pipe and flow rate of hot water or a coolant. The system in the present invention reduces unnecessary energy loss by controlling pressure, temperature, flow rate, and flow velocity of a corresponding pipe by using a result in a control part, after measuring a pressure, temperature, flow rate, and flow velocity by a sensor installed on each pipe.
