A garment 200 wearable on an upper torso of a person, the garment includes a front 202, a back, a neck opening 206, a torso opening 208, two arm openings 210a and 210b and a movement mechanism 101, the movement mechanism includes: a base unit (110, fig. 2) attached to the front or back of the garment; at least one moveable limb (130a, 130b, fig.1); wherein the/each moveable limb is attached to the base unit via a respective attachment (132a and 132b, fig.1) that allows the moveable limb to be moved relative to the base by a user. The movement mechanism may include a respective movement element 150a and 150b, such as a cord, for the/ each limb wherein the element may be pulled by a user to cause movement of the movable limb. The movement mechanism may include a spring connected between or associated with each movable limb; the spring may be configured to return each moveable limb to a respective predetermined position, this predetermined position may be determined by one or more stop elements, or by a spring that has a minimum compression length. |
