TREATMENT PROCESS OF WASTEWATER SLUDGE USING FERMENTATION MICROORGANISMS

The present invention provides a method for treating wastewater sludge using fermentation of microorganisms comprising : (a) a mixing process which puts wastewater sludge, a ventilation improvement material and fermentation microorganisms into a storage hopper and mixing them; (b) a decomposition and moisture removal precess which transfers a mixture mixed in the mixing process to a fermentation tank and decomposes organic materials of the wastewater sludge by means of fermentation reactions of microorganisms and thus decreases the moisture content of the wastewater sludge to 45% or less through a heat generated by the fermentation reaction; (c) a sorting step which separates humus and the ventilation improvement material of the wastewater sludge on which the decomposition of organic materials and removal moisture precess has been performed by a sorting device; and (d) a recycling process of the ventilation improvement material which returns the ventilation improvement material separated from the (c) sorting process to the storage hopper.
