The present invention relates to a cargo loading ship, which comprises: a hull; a first living space arranged in a first side surface of the hull; and a second living space separated from the first living space, and arranged to be moved to an upper portion, and further comprises: a pair of bridges arranged to be opposite to the first living space, and extended from a second side surface to a first side surface in the hull to be individually coupled to a side surface of the first living space; and a pair of joint support units enabling the second living space to be moved from the first side surface to the second side surface. Therefore, the cargo loading ship arranges the first living space in a side surface of the hull and the second living space to be moved, thereby minimizing loss of a space on a ship.
