A semi-submersible offshore structure is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the semi-submersible offshore structure comprises: a pontoon; a platform disposed in an upper side of the pontoon, wherein a main facility is installed; a column supporting the platform with respect to the pontoon; and an auxiliary platform disposed in the lower side of the platform and providing an installation space to install additional facility.
