The present invention relates to a table management method of a storage device including the following steps: determining whether or not a table related to a page should be restored; performing a block scan action when the table should be restored; restoring the table by using a difference in time read by each page when the block scan action is performed; and updating the restored table to at least one nonvolatile memory device. The difference in time is the elapsed time from a program time of a previous page until a time for a current page to be programmed.
