The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming a crucian-shaped bread, which has a forming unit for forming the crucian-shaped bread in the inside via a structure of hinge-coupling an upper mold to a lower mold to be selectively rotated; the upper mold and the lower mold arranged to receive processing heat via a heater unit; letting a control unit to supply heat to dough for the crucian-shaped bread in the forming unit positioned in the upper mold and the lower mold; an assistant forming member arranged with a predetermined size at an end of the forming unit; and a forming recess at an end of the crucian-shaped bread finally formed according to the shape of the assistant forming member by inputting the dough and a stuffing for making the crucian-shaped bread.
