An organ fixing instrument according to the present invention is the repeating type and comprises: a plurality of suturing tools comprising a rod-shaped engaging portion and a suture connected to the engaging portion; and a puncture needle housing a plurality of engaging portions; wherein a plurality of the engaging portions are pushed out from the puncture needle one by one by the operation of an operation unit main body. The suturing tools are that at least one of the sutures connected to the engaging portion among a plurality of engaging portions is inserted into the interior of the puncture needle, and the other sutures are led out from the interior of the puncture needle to the exterior. A repeating type organ fixing instrument according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of suturing tools comprising a rod-shaped engaging portion and a suture, one end of which is connected to the engaging portion; and a puncture needle housing a plurality of the engaging portions side by side in the tip base end direction; wherein a plurality of the engaging portions are pushed out from the puncture needle one by one by the operation of an operation unit main body, and the string passages for inserting the sutures of the suturing tools housed at the tip end side into the interior of the puncture needle are formed at the engaging portions of the suturing tools housed in the base end side.
