<p>The present invention relates to an electric heating device based on a carbon fiber for a vehicle which includes an electric heating sheet which is made of woven carbon fibers and includes ground parts which are separated from each other, an electric power unit which is connected to the ground parts and supplies a current to the electric heating sheet, a switch which has a structure to be pushed by a user and inputs a signal to make the electric power unit supply or stop the current to the electric heating sheet, a timer which measures the change time of a switch pulse while the user pushes the switch and releases the switch, and a control unit which determines the malfunction of the switch by comparing the measurement time of the timer with preset time and prevents the overheating of the electric heating sheet by stopping the current supply of the electric power unit if the malfunction of the switch is determined.</p> |
