<p>The present invention relates to a composition for stripping a paint and a paint stripping method by using the same and, more specifically, to a composition for stripping a paint, which comprises a paint sweller, a viscosity control agent and a pH control agent, wherein the paint sweller consists of a sweller making hard segments swell and a sweller making soft segments swell. In the present invention, disclosed is a composition for stripping a paint by using photocatalytic reaction, which further comprises a photocatalytically reactive stripping accelerant. When using the composition for stripping a paint according to the present invention, a problem that a conventional paint-stripping composition is impossible to be applied to a plastic main body can be solved, and the composition of the present invention can be applied to a metal main body or a composite material and the stripping can be made possible at a low temperature.</p> |
