FRONT PANEL ASSEMBLY FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES

The present invention relates to a front panel assembly for a commercial vehicle. The assembly includes a front panel (100); an upper reinforcement member (110) and a lower reinforcement member, reinforcing the strength by being combined with upper and lower parts of the front panel in a transverse direction; and a composite corner panel (200) combined with both sides of the front panel (100). The corner panel (200) is formed of a cover member (210), a middle member (220), and a main member (230). The cover member (210) and the middle member (220) are combined by a steel clip (300). The cover member (210) and the main member (230) are combined by a plastic clip, and the corner panel is combined with the front panel through a bonding process. The steel clip (300) includes a base part (310) bent in a particular shape; and an outer notch protrusion (320) and an inner notch protrusion (330), placed in both bent sides of the base part. The plastic clip (400) includes a base plate (410); and a pair of hooks (420) protruding from the bottom of the base plate (410). According to the present invention, the front panel assembly, combined with the front and corner panels, is capable of improving fuel economy by lightening a vehicle body by removing a heavy steel bar. Moreover, the assembly is capable of reducing working time and improving work efficiency by reducing the burden of work on workers by using light composite components.
