The present invention relates to a device and a method to provide a wireless charging service, capable of wirelessly charging power in an area where a wireless charging station is installed, and providing a user interface to make reasonable payment according to a charging amount. The device includes: a search part searching for a charging station in a corresponding charging area according to a request of a terminal; an authenticating part performing an authentication process of the terminal and a user corresponding to the terminal; a billing method determining part determining a billing method through a set billing process and the terminal; and a charging service control part obtaining a permission for charging from a power supply server by using a charging code delivered from the terminal, and controlling the terminal to receive the wireless charging service through the charging station.
