FUNCTIONAL MASK PACK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a functional hydrogel mask pack having a three-dimensional form. The method comprises the following steps: (a) preparing an ectype film (10); (b) engraving a pattern on one surface of the film, and preparing an engraved film (20); (c) forming a functional hydrogel layer (30) by coating functional hydrogel mixed with: 95-99.9 wt% of hydrogel consisting of 5-15 wt% of polyacrylic acid, 10-40 wt% of glycerin, 1-10 wt% of sodium hydroxide, 0.1-3 wt% of agar, 0.1-3 wt% of polysorbate60, and water; and 0.1-5 wt% of a skin activating material formed by mixing any one or more among a Camellia japonica fruit oil, a Thea sinensis leaf extract, a Curculigo orchioides Gaertner extract, a Curcuma longa root extract, a Kaempferia parviflora root extract, a Magnolia Kobus bark extract, and a Vitis vinifera sprout extract on the ectype film; (d) contacting the engraving film; (e) separating the ectype film from the functional hydrogel layer; (f) forming an essence layer (40) by coating any one essence among a moisturizing essence, a whitening essence, and an antiaging essence on the surface of the functional hydrogel layer having the ectype film of step (e) separated; (g) contacting the ectype film on the surface of the essence layer; and (h) sealing by wrapping paper, while packing by filling the essence inside the sealed wrapping paper.
