<p>Provided is technology, capable of efficiently coping with an emergency situation of a vehicle at a low cost. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle emergency signal generating device includes a situation sensing part generating situation information by sensing a situation inside or outside a vehicle according to an external input signal; a signal generating part selecting rescue request message information, including text message information for describing the situation information and voice message information recorded according to the situation information, as information matched with the situation information by using the situation information generated by the situation sensing part, receiving position information of the vehicle from an external position information tracking device, and generating a rescue request signal combined with the selected rescue request message information and the received position information; and a signal transmitting part delivering the generated rescue request signal to an external rescue institution.</p> |
