The present invention relates to a thermal treatment method for different materials and a control device thereof capable of simultaneously performing the thermal treatment of different materials to satisfy a target density. The method to thermally treat different materials put in a furnace at once comprises: a setting step of setting a target density of each material; a deduction step of deducting a target thermal energy value of each material to be reached to the target density of each material in thermal treatment conditions of simultaneously applying the same thermal energy to the different materials; and a thermal treatment step of thermally treating the different materials while comparing a real-time thermal energy value measured by applying the thermal energy to each material with a target thermal energy value in the thermal treatment in which the same thermal energy is simultaneously applied to the different materials. The present invention thermally treats different materials while simultaneously applying the thermal energy to each material by setting a relative ratio of the thermal energy values on the reaction of each material and a heat cycle model to satisfy the ratio if the different materials put in the furnace are thermally treated at once; thereby easily and conveniently performing the heat treatment of products while satisfying the target density of the different materials.
