The present invention relates to a panel fixing apparatus of a beam projector and, more specifically, to a panel fixing apparatus of a beam projector which can fixate a panel so that a screen between panels can be matched when changing an LCD panel installed in the beam projector. The panel fixing apparatus includes: a fixing frame which has a shape matched with an assembly housing, and is fixated to be detachable to an outer surface of the assembly housing; a vertical bar fixated to be rotated in a forward and backward direction on the fixing frame as vertically extended; a horizontal bar horizontally connected from the bottom of the vertical bar; and an adhesive plate to be bonded to and supported from the LCD panel as fixated to an end of the horizontal bar.
