摘要 A method for reporting uplink control information (UCI) on a user equipment (UE) is described. Multiple channel state information (CSI) reports are generated for multiple component carriers (CCs) that are scheduled to be transmitted in a subframe. A method of prioritization for the CSI reports is selected. A highest priority CSI report of the multiple CSI reports is determined using the selected method of prioritization. The highest priority CSI report is transmitted.

A method performed by the UE, the method comprising: selecting a CSI report among multiple CSI reports for multiple cells based on priorities of CSI reports in case of a collision among the multiple CSI reports to be transmitted in a subframe, wherein PUCCH report type 3, 5, or 6 is prioritized over PUCCH report type 2, 2b, 2c, or 4 and PUCCH report type 2, 2b, 2c, or 4 is prioritized over PUCCH report type 1 or 1a, wherein PUCCH report type 3 supports rank indication (RI), PUCCH report type 5 supports RI and first precoding matrix indicator (PMI), PUCCH report type 6 supports RI and precoder type indication (PTI), PUCCH report type 2 supports wideband channel quality indicator (CQI) and wideband PMI, PUCCH report type 2b supports wideband CQI and second PMI, PUCCH report type 2c supports wideband CQI, first PMI, and second PMI, PUCCH report type 4 supports wideband CQI, PUCCH report type 1 supports Sub-band CQI, and PUCCH report type 1a supports Sub-band CQI and second PMI; and transmitting the selected CSI report.
