The present invention relates to a display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The display device includes: a display substrate which has a pixel, and is bent in a first direction on a plane; an opposite substrate which is opposite to the display substrate, coupled to the display substrate, and bent together with the display substrate: a column spacer which is prepared between the display substrate and the opposite substrate to maintain a gap between the display substrate and the opposite substrate, and includes first and second spacers disposed on the left and right sides respectively, with respect to a central line penetrating a central part of the display substrate in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; a first anti-miss align layer which is disposed on the left side of the first spacer with respect to the central line; and a second anti-miss align layer which is disposed on the right side of the second spacer with respect to the central line.
