The present invention relates to an automatic loading device for a needle-free injector, which is used for reloading after using the needle-free injector. The automatic loading device comprises: a motor; a screw shaft rotated by the motor; a piston nut interlocked with a screw groove formed on the inner circumferential surface where the screw shaft is inserted in an axial direction to slide back and forth by the rotation of the screw shaft; and a housing accommodating and supporting the motor, the screw shaft, and the piston nut and having a coupling end at one end in the axial direction to make an external needle-free injector detachably and coaxially connected, wherein the piston nut is guided to slide into the needle-free injector or slide back through the coupling end. Accordingly, loading of a needle-free injector can be easily and conveniently automated and miniaturization of the device can be achieved.
