The present invention relates to an anti-movement separation membrane unit for preventing a damage of a hollow fiber membrane module, which is a separation membrane unit for an immersion-type membrane separation device. The separation membrane unit comprises: separation membrane frames; a module support frame connecting the separation membrane frames to reinforce a structure; a hollow fiber membrane module inserted between the module support frames; a pressing bar pressing headers formed on the upper and lower ends of the hollow fiber membrane module to make one surface of the header closely adhere to the module support frame, thereby preventing the vertical movement of the header; a left-to-right movement preventing bar closely adhering to the side end of the header of the hollow fiber membrane module to have both ends fixated to the separation membrane frame; a shock-absorbing member inserted between the header and the left-to-right movement preventing bar made of a steel plate and composed of a material having relatively lower hardness than that of a steel plate in order to prevent the header having relatively lower hardness than that of the left-to-right movement preventing bar from being subjected to fatigue failure or a damage by an instant and repetitive moving force when the left-to-right movement preventing bar closely adheres to the side end of the header of the hollow fiber membrane module; and a stay bar erected vertically between the module support frames to resist deformation when an external force is applied, thereby preventing minute deformation of the separation membrane frame and the module support frame, wherein because the stay bar is capable of moving vertically and horizontally, the fixed position thereof can be re-adjusted to prevent torsional stress from acting in a particular direction when the separation membrane frame and the module support frame are deformed above the allowable level.
