<p>The present invention relates to a manhole and a construction method thereof. The manhole comprises: a manhole body made of an optical fiber reinforcing plastic having a hollow inside the manhole body wherein an upper part and a lower part of the optical fiber reinforcing plastic are open; an interposition groove formed by cutting a portion of a lower side of both sides of the manhole body such that a duct passes through a side of the manhole body, and is inserted into the hollow of the manhole body; a lower slab to close a lower portion of the manhole body to arrange the duct on an upper portion wherein the lower slab is installed in a lower portion of the manhole body, and the duct installed in the hollow of the manhole body; and an upper slab installed in the upper portion of the manhole body to close the upper portion of the manhole body wherein a lid of the manhole is mounted on the upper slab.</p> |
