<p>Provided are a device and a method thereof to control the opening of a tempered glass door. The device comprises at least one touch terminal attached to the inside of a tempered glass door to generate a door opening control signal by recognizing an external touch input signal and then wirelessly transmitting the signal; an operating part monitoring the opening of the door and opening the door in response to the door opening control signal; and a receiving device delivering the door opening control signal to the operating part when receiving the signal from the touch terminal. Moreover, the method of the present invention includes a step of allowing the touch terminal, installed in the glass door, to recognize the external touch input signal; a step of wirelessly transmitting the door opening control signal; a step of delivering the door opening control signal to the operating part monitoring the opening of the door; and a step of opening the door in response to the door opening control signal. Since the touch terminal is installed only inside and the touch terminal controls the opening of the door by recognizing the external touch input signal, the present invention improves the convenience of installing the touch terminal, prevents damage to the terminal and leakage of passwords, and prevents damage to a switch corresponding to a frequently pressed number.</p> |
