1. An ink jet recording method for an inkjet recording apparatus, comprising:
discharging a droplet of a photo curable ink composition onto a recording medium; curing the droplet discharged onto the recording medium by irradiating an ultraviolet light; and attaching a liquid composition to the inkjet recording apparatus, wherein the liquid composition comprises a radical polymerization inhibitor, the content of the radical polymerization inhibitor is 0.1-50 wt. % of a total weight of the liquid composition, and the radical polymerization inhibitor is at least one type of compound selected from hydroquinones, catechols, hindered amines, phenols, phenothiazines, and quinones of condensed aromatic rings.
