The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a turbofan engine guide wing and, more specifically, to a method to manufacture a turbofan engine guide wing, capable of reducing weight and improving strength. According to the present invention, the method comprises a first step of processing first and second combination parts to satisfy a processing standard of a processed object by being combined with a jig; a second step of grinding upper and lower surfaces of the processed object by combining the first and second combination parts of the processed object; a third step of correcting and confirming a deformation state of the first and second combination parts at both ends of the processed object passing through the second step; a fourth step of cutting the ground surfaces of the processed object by combining a jig with the processed object, passing through the third step; and a fifth step of making a groove and precisely processing the first and second combination parts of the processed object, passing through the fourth step. The method is capable of providing a durable turbofan engine guide wing. Moreover, the present invention is capable of precisely processing the object by resetting a standard of cutting by reprocessing the combination parts combined with the jig after grinding. |
