The present invention relates to paprika brown rice cookies and a method for manufacturing the same. A method for manufacturing the paprika brown rice cookies according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a drying step of drying paprika; a grinding step of finely grinding the dried paprika into the size of 0.05-0.5 mm; a mixing step of mixing powder of the finely ground paprika with brown rice; and an injection molding step of injection-molding the mixture. The paprika brown rice cookies can maintain taste and nutrients of paprika and can have soft texture.
