<p>In the present invention, disclosed are an implant having improved biocompatibility and bone differentiation ability of a cell and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the surface of the implant is coated with graphene, which is mediated by dopamine associated with adhesion of mussels. The implant according to the present invention comprises: an implant body for bioimplant; and an implant coating layer comprising polydopamine and graphene as active ingredients and being applied to the surface of the implant body. According to the present invention, graphene can be readily applied to the surface of the implant body by using polydopamine, the bioadhesion of an implant is enhanced due to polydomapine and graphene, and the biocompatibility and bone differentiation ability of an implant are increased, thereby improving osseointergration between an implant and a remaining bone. In addition, according to the present invention, graphene can be fixed simply and easily to the surface of an implant by dopamine.</p> |
