<p>The microfluidic chip having a flow cell, and using a standard addition method, according to one aspect of the present invention, comprises: a first substrate having a sample injection port, a standard addition sample injection port, a first reaction channel communicating with the sample injection port and the standard addition sample injection port, a second reaction channel communicating with the first reaction channel, a light introduction port communicating with the second reaction channel, a detection port spaced apart from the light introduction port; a second substrate which is coupled to the first substrate and has a light introduction part facing the light introduction port and passing light from a light source, and a detection part facing the detection port and passing light from the light source; and a flow cell having one side end part connected to the light introduction port, and the other side end part connected to the detection port. The first substrate has a reagent injection port formed thereon, and the reagent injection port communicates with the second reaction channel.</p> |
