<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tip for a welding apparatus and a welding method using the same to allow a welding bolt to be directly welded to a panel without a separate welding preparation process such as spot welding around an area where the panel comes in contact with the head of the welding bolt as a welding protrusion on the head of the welding bolt comes in contact with a panel surface to be supported by a jig and power for welding is supplied to both sides of the jig through a tip. The tip for a welding apparatus and the welding method using the same allow welding with the supply of power for welding through the panel and the head of the welding bolt to focus resistance heat on a contact area wherein the actual welding is made, thereby improving welding performance. In addition, the tip for a welding apparatus and the welding method using the same prevent the transmission of resistance heat to an area around a screw by allowing the area to be engaged with an insulator when the welding bolt is engaged with the jig in order to prevent damage to the screw area or the deformation of the screw area caused by resistance heat and to focus resistance heat on the head of the welding bolt coming in contact with the panel, thereby improving welding performance.</p> |
